At BELUGA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at Service.beluga@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product
  3. Once approved, our team will arrange the return pickup

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are fully covered by BELUGA
  • Once a return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address
  • Customers are requested to ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging

5. Store Credit Policy

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only
  • Store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Store credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Store credits can be used for future purchases on the BELUGA website

You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been issued.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images or videos of the issue
  • BELUGA will arrange a replacement or issue store credit at no additional cost

7. Exchanges

BELUGA does not offer direct exchanges at this time.
Customers may return eligible products for store credit and place a new order separately.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

9. Policy Updates

BELUGA reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
